The guide file and the tail end are mandatory roles in any company evacuation procedure. They are designated by the employer and specifically trained.
| Role | Mission | Position |
|---|---|---|
| Guide File | To guide people to the emergency exits, indicate the way | Leading the group |
| Tail | Check that no one is left behind, close the doors, confirm the evacuation | At the back of the group |
Why train in VR?
Without disturbing activity
No need to trigger the actual alarm. Immersive exercise without an actual evacuation.
Realistic scenarios
Smoke, blocked exit, person with reduced mobility, panic. All scenarios.
Repetition
Shape each lead and tail guide individually, as many times as necessary.
Evaluation
Evacuation times, forgotten people, wrong turns. Precise data.
