1. Presentation of the Offer
Immergence Studio offers a range of immersive solutions, including FAST XR, Help XR, Fault Line XR and Risk Hunter XR, dedicated to safety and prevention training using innovative virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies. Our services include the supply of software licences, the sale of specialist equipment and personalised technical support.
2. Licensing terms and conditions
2.1 Licence periods
User licences provide temporary or permanent access to our applications, with options tailored to different needs:
- 24 hours
- 48 hours
- 7 days
- 30 days
- 12 months
- Perpetual licence
2.2 Activation and use
Once activated, a licence is linked exclusively to a specific device, guaranteeing data security and preventing reinstallation on other media. Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions is strictly prohibited.
2.3 User liability
The user is responsible for the correct installation of the licence and activation on a compatible device. Immergence Studio cannot be held responsible in the event of incompatibility resulting from equipment that is not recommended.
3. Sale of Specialised Equipment
3.1 Available products
Immergence Studio offers hardware designed to accompany its immersive solutions, including :
- Stand-alone VR headsets (e.g. Meta Quest 3).
- Interactive accessories, such as fire extinguisher simulators (CO2/water pressure) or AR equipment.
- Complete kits including hardware and appropriate licences.
3.2 Warranty and Maintenance
The equipment is covered by a standard 12-month warranty (META helmet) against any manufacturing defect. This warranty does not apply in the event of misuse or unauthorised modification of the equipment.
4. Returns and Refunds Policy
4.1 Hardware
Returns of equipment are accepted under certain conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition.
- The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, except in the case of a proven defect.
4.2 Licences
Due to their digital nature, activated licenses are not eligible for refund or exchange, except in the event of an error attributable to Immergence Studio (e.g. incorrect license supplied).
5. Limitation of Liability and Warranties
5.1 Use and maintenance
Immergence Studio cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from :
- Improper or abusive use of the products.
- Using equipment that is not recommended.
5.2 Technical Support
We offer technical assistance to ensure correct installation and optimum use of our products.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All solutions offered by Immergence Studio, including FAST XR, Help XR, and Risk Hunter XR, are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorised reproduction, modification or use is prohibited and punishable by law.
7. Modification of the GTCS
Immergence Studio reserves the right to modify its GTC at any time. Customers will be informed of important changes via our official communication channels (website, e-mail, etc.). The changes will come into force on the date communicated.
8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Any dispute relating to these GTC shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction of Immergence Studio's registered office and shall be governed by the laws in force in that territory.
